✅Integration Focus: Unlike many breathwork sessions, this event emphasizes post-session integration, providing tools and support to help you sustain the breakthroughs and healing you experience long after the breathwork event.

🌟 What to Expect 🌟
- Guided Breathwork Journey: During a 90 minute journey you will explore a variety of breathing techniques that help reduce stress, and promote mental clarity, relaxation and healing while being guided on a breath awareness journey to connect with your highest self.
- Inner Exploration: Dive deep into your inner landscape to uncover insights, release tension, and cultivate self-awareness.
- Group Synergy & Integration: Experience the collective energy of the group as we come together to uplift and inspire each other. 30 min Integration after the breathwork journey and share your experiences with fellow participants in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Please observe the following in participating:
- No food 2-3 hours before the event
- No caffeine on the day of the event
- Stay well hydrated throughout the day
- Wear loose comfortable clothing
- Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water and journal

- High blood pressure (uncontrolled)
- Severe mental health illness ie. schizophrenia
- Psychoactive medications
Breathwork is a safe and natural practice that uses conscious breathing to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and healing. However, due to the increased oxygen levels and shifts in carbon dioxide during the process, you may experience temporary sensations like tingling, numbness, cramping in your arms, hands, or feet, mild dizziness, or the surfacing of emotions like sadness or anger. These are normal responses as your body releases stored tension and emotions, and they typically subside shortly after the session. Always listen to your body, and feel free to pause or adjust as needed.
